What is Sole Propiretorship ?  Sole Proprietorship is a business owned and managed by one individual.  In which business there is only one founder, little capitle, little profite, and directed by only one person ( the founder ) is Sole

Why is the Sole Proprietorship the most popular form of business ownership? Ease of starting Control Sole perticipation in profits and losses Use of owner’s abilities Tax breaks Secrecy Ease of dissolving
Conclusion Sole propiretorship is a business for the person who has little amount of capital, some exparience, and selfe confidance. So my advice for those person who have thise quality and capability to do this business and make them selfe Dependent.
