The document describes the author's spiritual journey and encounters with Christianity. It details his initial desire for spiritual power without a personal relationship with Christ. It then recounts his conversion experience and subsequent spiritual growth through Bible study and fellowship. The author explores how their experiences and escapes have helped shape them and encourages using one's voice and experiences to spread the gospel and do God's work through His strength.
2. LIVING IN AGBOR
I wanted power of the underworld, but conditions of
getting the acclaimed spiritual powers was not
conducive, so I opted for a less stiff terms to be more
powerful. In all my going to church and living with my
cousin, who was Pastor, I didn’t have a personal
relationship with Christ, as I had not given my life to
him, personally.
3. CONVERSION
On a faithful day in 1999, I answered the Altar call
privately by climbing behind the uncompleted
building of the church and there I confessed Jesus
Christ, as my Lord and Saviour. This was done in bid
to get spiritual power as the Speaker, who by
stretching out of hands caused many to fall under
the anointing, miraculously.
4. When I shared my encounter with my cousin,
he encouraged me to read the bible over
again and the experience has been from one
level to another with hurdles at several
points. At this time in Benin, I was a sales
rep. of a toys importer, who paid based on
commission until I returned home. I got
admission, but no accommodation, which
started another horrifying schooling
experience. All these were like training for
the days ahead, as I began to socialise
through service in local church. I found way
to fellowships and got involved in religious
activities, while practicing Christianity.
5. PRESCRIPTION
While in school, I got the prescription to take one
verse per day like medicine for spiritual growth and
that was the beginning of my turnaround, as I grew
in knowledge of Christ. As recorded in Proverbs 3:8
If you do this, it will be like a refreshing drink and
medicine for your body. (ERV) And this is the true
meaning of Study, when scriptures mean more than
words, but life giving impart of the rhema/logos.
6. In fact, on an occasion, I read John 3:16-18 severally and
every word had a new meaning, over again.
This is how much God loved the world: He gave his Son,
his one and only Son. And this is why: so that no one need
be destroyed; by believing in him, anyone can have a whole
and lasting life. God didn’t go to all the trouble of sending
his Son merely to point an accusing finger, telling the world
how bad it was. He came to help, to put the world right
again. Anyone who trusts in him is acquitted; anyone who
refuses to trust him has long since been under the death
sentence without knowing it. And why? Because of that
person’s failure to believe in the one-of-a-kind Son of God
when introduced to him. (MSG).
7. ESCAPE
My highlight reflects on my sojourn behind IMT,
where I had near death experiences or strangest
encounters that are beyond tales of man. Just a
tip, tales of how I walked into cultists or armed
robbers sharing loot in the dead of the night. Also
of note were the several robberies or compulsive
donations, while other escapades were not
printable neither can it be explained in reality.
8. Summarised in 1 Cor. 10:13 (AMPC) For no temptation (no trial
regarded as enticing to sin), [no matter how it comes or where it
leads] has overtaken you and laid hold on you that is not
common to man [that is, no temptation or trial has come to you
that is beyond human resistance and that is not adjusted and
adapted and belonging to human experience, and such as man
can bear]. But God is faithful [to His Word and to His
compassionate nature], and He [can be trusted] not to let you
be tempted and tried and assayed beyond your
ability and strength of resistance and power to endure, but with
the temptation He will [always] also provide the way out (the
means of escape to a landing place), that you may be
capable and strong and powerful to bear up under it patiently.
9. EXCLUSIVE EXECUTIVE
I think that it will do good to encourage our spouses
to join the fellowship for easy flow of ministration,
especially by allowing Ladies to preach on certain
days in a month, at least. The idea of fellowship is all
inclusive as messages are better shared by couples
based on participation, especially for leaders.
Envisioning Acts 10:24 They arrived in Caesarea the
next afternoon just before three o’clock. Cornelius
had anticipated their arrival and had assembled his
relatives and close friends to welcome them.
10. FULL GOSPEL
BUSINESSMEN’S
FELLOWSHIP
INTERNATIONAL
~FGBMFI
I joined the Fellowship in Benin in the mid-
nineties, before I gave my life to Christ,
though I was going to Church. I had no
personal encounter, but Bible knowledge,
which made me more religious than
righteous, as I could quote without a
quota. My quota today is the experience of
my encounters, having giving my life to
Christ, I began to explore the powers that
be as a believer. The fellowship helps me
to build my faith through testimonies and
transformative messages, knowing fully
well that resolve to serve God is enshrined
in practice not preaching.

to discernGod’s will as you live a

12. The Voice is the greatest asset of believers in
modern times, as we must make our voices heard
against all odds. For example, God created the
universe by speaking, also miracles where at the
instance of what was spoken, so what are you
saying to self, situations, issues & circumstances.
Have you read a voice magazine, this week, month
or year? When last did you offer the Voice? Voice
is speaking to everything around you, especially
for your transfiguration, so speak the gospel.

13. As in Luke 6:45 it’s the same with people.
A person full of goodness in his heart
produces good things; a person with an
evil reservoir in his heart pours out evil
things. The heart overflows in the
words a person speaks; your words
reveal what’s within your heart. (Voice)
14. EXPLORE
The focus of today is how we
explore our numerous
encounters of experiences to
build a world with the word of
God. Permit me to say that the
world as it is, is shaped by our
words, just as the mind is the
most powerful tool on earth.
Gen 11:6 “Look!” he said. “THE
PEOPLE ARE UNITED, and they
all speak the same language.
After this, nothing they set out
to do will be impossible for
them! (NLT)
15. Zech 4:6 Then he told me, “This is the word of
the Lord to Zerubbabel: ‘·You will not succeed by your
own strength or by your own power [Not by might,
nor by power], but by my Spirit,’ says the Lord. All
Powerful [Almighty; of Heaven’s Armies; of hosts].
(EXB)
Grace to do exploit is available to those, who use the
experience of their encounter and having escaped
with their voice to explore.
Come forth as gold with grace to do exploit.
16. 2 Cor. 12:9 But He said to me, My grace (My favor
and loving-kindness and mercy) is enough for you
[sufficient against any danger and enables you to
bear the trouble manfully];
for My strength and power are made perfect
(fulfilled and completed) and show themselves
most effective in [your] weakness. Therefore, I will
all the more gladly glory in my
weaknesses and infirmities, that the
strength and power of Christ (the Messiah) may rest
(yes, may pitch a tent over and dwell) upon me!
17. We recreate our world by our
words, just as in Luke 6:45 People
are known in this same way. Out of
the virtue stored in their hearts,
good and upright people will
produce good fruit. Likewise, out of
the evil hidden in their hearts, evil
ones will produce what is evil. For
the overflow of what has been
stored in your heart will be seen by
your fruit and will be heard in your

And from the overflow
of his fullness we
received grace heaped
upon more grace!
