• Brazil has 108 million Internet users
• 89 million users access Facebook every month
• Brazil’s presidential elections in October 2014
saw more than 670 million social interactions
in less than four months

their collaborations in-house, rather than
seeking out innovative partnerships across
the world.
Only 40 percent of Brazilians expect to
grow their businesses in new areas
through strategy alliances; the lowest level
of any participating country.* Yet the main
advantages of collaborative innovation are:

Accenture surveyed 200 senior Brazilian executives and conducted in-depth conversations to understand their views on the role of innovation in their organizations.
