My knowledge and interests can be summarized in two main areas: software design and web standards. My main area of expertise used to be anything to do with object-oriented technology and software design: design patterns, architectural patterns, refactoring, unit testing, extreme programming and other agile methods, etcetera. I have also been interested in programming language design, new programming paradigms and compilers. From several years ago, I am more interested, though, in web standards, specially in Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
