We are a charity whose aim is to reduce poverty through job creation in developing countries, particularly for women. Our job creation model blends social mobilization and business training with access to micro- credit and larger markets Since 2003 we’ve worked in 10 countries, generating over 1.5 million jobs. We’ve created over 80,000 community groups, trained more than a million people and helped them start over a million businesses, and we’ve helped supply over US$200 million in loans. Our goal is to create 10 million jobs by 2020.
