If everybody was equally educated, equally intelligent and equally skilled, we would
probably all want to

Fortunately, we are all different and we all have our own aspirations and ambitions in life.

A persons employability is how employable they are. It covers many factors and may
change as a person goes through their life.
For example, employability covers;
Education – the level to which a person has been educated
Skills – any training a person may have had
Appearance – how a person looks when they have an interview
Motivation – does a person come across a s someone who is willing
to work hard
Personality – whether someone has the right personal attributes to
