                                     This is an overview of standard site procedures. Site Managers and Site
Site Procedure Flow Chart            Coordinators may have customized some procedures at the tax site to
                                                                                     accommodate the needs of the facility and community. Verify the flow of
                                                                                     services with the Site Coordinator and/or Site Manager at each tax site.
