C orporate S ocial R esponsibility ( CSR ) It all starts with the Vision of the leader, gained by insights from looking inside (one2one executive coaching), shaped in his clear sighted mind and fuelled by his passion… Together – leader and dedicated team, which is enabled through group coaching to adopt the leaders new approach (leading through coaching) and communication culture (coaching culture) – they elaborate the SMART G oals from their (company’s) current R eality , identified by using (e.g.) CUSOMER’S VOICE, stakeholders’ opinion questionnaires, PESTLE and based on a detailed and accurate SW O T analysis towards their now common vision (buy in through inclusion). Now knowing their success-promising opportunities and how to deal with possible threads they are able to commit to action by working out a detailed action plan, which outlines traceable for everyone the company’s W ay to success (profitability) and the fulfilment of the stakeholders’ interest.
