research, design, build, implement & test software and/ or websites.
This job description itself is very broad and depending on the focus
of the company the programming languages needed can vary. The
four sub-products explained on the following page have a strong
focus on talent that fits into this profile.

An intern taking on a technical support role could work in
setting up & maintaining IT systems in a company and would
often work in the technical support department. For example,
an operations could work in setting up a new operating system
across the company.

providers of applications that run over the internet.
A company would need talent who have understanding of how to
research, design, build, implement &test software for web apps.
7. This is a sub-product focused on companies who need talent to build and/
or maintain their company databases ornetworks.
Companies that can be found under the umbrella of the “IT Industry” as well
