Introduction
The Norway Youth to Business Forum is a one day event that
aims to connect the top young leaders of the country and
global business and social leaders, to explore topics such as
leadership, innovation and corporate responsibility, and the
impact we can have on the world through our positive
actions. This will be the first edition of Youth to Business
Forum in Norway held on national level.
This application is for the position of Organizing Committee
President (OCP) and Organizing Committee Vice President
(OCVP) for the upcoming Norway Youth to Business Forum
being held in Oslo in 27th March 2014.

3. Organizing Committee President
ROLE DESCRIPTION
The Organizing Committee President (OCP) will be fully responsible for first
Norway Youth to Business Forum. OCP will be the meeting point between
national board and organizing team, making sure that Youth to Business Forum
is organized properly: all logistics matters are being seen to, carry out internal
and external promotion, gaining sponsorship and budget tracking, delegates are
signing up and taking care of.

Be the meeting point between the national board and the organizing team.
Participate in the selection of the entire organizing team.
Organize organizing team meetings
Lead, organize and ensure compliance of the action plan for the entire
project(timeline, logistical requirements, budget, etc)
Set goals with national board and organizing team teams
Track organizing team performance and report during weekly meetings to
national board.
Working closely with OCVP Logistics to ensure the partnership
measurement of success’s fulfillment
Develop strategies for the involvement of AIESEC members and external
audience to work on the event
Deliver a final report of the work done by the organizing team

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Develop and implement a Brand and Communication strategy
2. Development of key messages to all audiences to communicate Y2B’s
core brand identity
3. Lead agencies and internal team members where appropriate to execute
all communication activities and public relations (marketing materials,
advertising, client communications, direct mail, marketing campaigns,
press releases, content for trade publication, etc)
4. Oversee the writing of press releases, copy for marketing materials,
advertisements and other related material
5. Manage media relations, research editorial opportunities and build
relationships with key industry media
6. Ensure message is consistent with overall marketing and communication
objectives.
7. Overall responsible for social media marketing
8. Responsible for delegates’ registration
9. Performs related work as required.

Logistic
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Responsible for raising in-kind sponsor
2. Coordinate overall transport plan
3. On-site logistics (venue & national board Co-ordination, Internal Planning,
breakaway rooms, partner sessions)
4. Develop reception system
5. Delegate help desk during the event, provide assistance to delegates,
being aware of all relevant information
6. Ensure all system are in place for delegates’ needs during event
7. Co-ordination of on-site Delegate Servicing Team (Reception and
Registration) and Logistics (On-site operations) teams.
8. Ensure a smooth flow on the event day
9. Perform related works as required
