With increasing amounts of litigation and internal investigations, coupled with shrinking budgets,
organizations need a way to successfully navigate E-Discovery while controlling costs and maintaining
the accuracy, completeness and defensibility of their process. Bringing more of the E-Discovery in-
house is one of the leading trends being discussed and implemented by corporate legal departments to
address these needs today. Come hear from industry experts on the leading questions legal departments
are asking today:
Why is the trend to in-house E-Discovery increasing?
How can technology solutions reduce the time and costs across the E-Discovery process?
How can we reduce risk through early data assessment?
How can private cloud computing technology solutions improve in-house E-Discovery?
How can we successfully implement an in-house E-Discovery process?
This panel of E-Discovery experts will cover these issues and more in an open and frank discussion on
the successes of and considerations for in-house E-Discovery.
