2. Informatics is the Science and Technology that has as its
object the collection, storage, processing and distribution of
information with the help of computer systems

3. The science of Informatics is very closely related to the science of
computers, because the implementation of its methods was based
from the first moment on computers.
But scientifically it has a broader purpose that is not limited to
computers. Computer science is just a small part of studying
informatics.
