WHEN ANXIETY
BECOMES PANIC
Worrying about things is actually useful
for you. Worry over having left the
faucet running as you are about to go
to sleep serves as a reminder for you
to go and check if you have actually left
it open.
Being anxious about your health
usually prompts you to see a doctor.
ANXIETY IS YOUR NATURAL ALARM
SYSTEM. It reminds you of things that
you should be doing or be concerned
about.
The only problem with
anxiety is when it is already
overwhelming.
HOW TO PREVENT
YOURSELF FROM
BEING WORRY WARTS?
Your worries will fade away only as
soon as you do something about them.
YOU MUST LEARN HOW TO
GET RID OF NERVOUS
TENSION
You may employ various relaxation
methods, such as going to a secluded
place where you can relax, or listening
to soothing and peaceful music.
YOU NEED TO BE CALM AND
COMPOSED BEFOREHAND.
Relaxation does not mean forgetting
the things that you are worrying about,
for these things need to be addressed
eventually.
FOCUS ON THE IMPORTANT
AND URGENT TASKS FIRST
Think about those which you can tackle
one at a time, your worries will begin to
diminish as you get to accomplish each
task.
