Position Description:
Responsibilities include work with high level requirements including BancWare Upgrade,
infrastructure upgrade, and building an environment to support Monte Carlo simulation
A PM/BA with Bancware knowledge is the ideal candidate (development knowledge is not a
requirement)
If no BancWare experience, expertise with other Asset & Liability Management Solutions will
qualify
We would like the resource join the team beginning of July
Duration is 3 months with possibility of extension
Required Qualifications:
5+ years experience in a related role
Experience managing an implementation project on BancWare, or a BancWare upgrade, or
managing a conversion
SQL server, MS Access, MS Excel, reporting
Experience developing processes, procedures, and methodologies governing
Bancware/Application Lifecycle Management(ALM), Interest Rate Risk, and Derivatives
valuation, forecasting, and sensitivity measurements
Required Project Management Qualifications:
Expertise in managing all phases of systems development from concept through implementation
and maintenance
Structuring a project, performing the detailed planning, and managing project execution and
completion of moderate or large projects
Defining the phase deliverables, tracking milestones and incurred expenses versus planned
expenses, scheduling role sand resources, evaluating risks and recommends contingency plans
Managing the development of the technical strategy
Assigning of resources and tasks, managing quality assurance, resolving issues, status reviews
and reporting
2. Developing standards, change control, customer support, and compliance with all policies and
procedures.
Ability to facilitate workshops such as JAD, RAD and DRP sessions
