These are adjectives that
end in hiragana "i"
The "i" serves as a link to the noun...

10. The 'i' at the
end is what
links the
adjective to
the noun
It links the adjective
to the word it
describes
い

11. However, there are a couple of
exceptions...

that end in "i" are
not i-adjectives
We need to learn
these as we
come across
them

14. Na-adjectives
Most of these do not end in "i"
Therefore they need something to link it to the
noun...
No guessing why they're called "na"
adjectives!
