12. Showing All The Tickets Here we can update profile,Given in next slide. This is staff member page,shows all the tickets of customer It shows that this ticket assign to that staff who is logined.
19. Add Departments Here we can add new department… There are two type of Department 1.Public-It means this can access all I.e.User,Staffpanel,Adminpanel. 2.Private-This will be only for staff member and Admin panel.
