• A good night sleep is simply essential to keep a balanced life. Proper
sleep helps the body maintain its good health and optimal levels of
mental and physical energy. However, few people are aware that oral
health can play an important role in your sleep.
• On the other hand, sleep deprivation can increase the risk for oral
diseases, thus there is a two-way relationship between dental
problems and insomnia.

headaches and earaches. These symptoms can easily disturb a good night
sleep.
