From starter homes to mansions we have either the design for you or we can
create one using our bespoke design service.

Our house designers are available to create a style of home that will meet your
brief and perhaps beyond. Whether you are just looking for a comfortable home
or a super insulated Passivehouse we can meet all your requirements.

The house styles in this brochure have been created from years of experience
and working with our clients and we believe there is a house style for everyone.
We are more than happy to alter our designs to suit specific needs or just start
from scratch

Eco Passive Design
Kit Options
We recognize the need to be flexible for our clients requirements and
with this in mind we offer a range of options to suit you the customer.
We specialize not just on standard timber frame but can also offer the
following options

Panel Wall - A pre insulated closed panel system designed for the
low energy or passive home with high insulation values to meet even
the stringent Certified Passive standard. This system has already
been specified for numerous Passive homes and our skilled
designers are experienced in the stringent detailing that a low energy
or passive home requires.

Twin Wall— this system is similar to the panel wall but is supplied as
an open panel option so that the builder can install the wall insulation
on site. This is an excellent option for the self builder carry out the
work using their own labour and offers valuable savings to the
customer

I Beam Frames— we can also supply I beam frames in either open
or closed panel design from thickness ranging at 220mm up to
400mm with either roof trusses or closed panel roof cassettes.

products


Eco Passive Design
“The Oak”
This excellent starter or retirement home offers flexibility and
can be handed or mirrored to suit maximum solar gain from your
site. The foot print of just under 12metres by 8 metres means
this design is very well suited to a small site.

The side entrance can be re orientated to a front elevation
situation with windows re orientated to suit. Equally the design
offers the possibility of an extension to the side for future rooms
or garage. The first floor bathroom can be designed as an en
suite if required.

Eco Passive Design
“The Larch”
This home can be handed or mirrored to suit maximum solar
gain from your site. Based on the Oak design this plan provides
a third master bedroom suite in lieu of the double storey over
the lounge in the Oak design
Like the “Oak” the side entrance can be re orientated to a front
elevation situation with windows re orientated to suit. Equally
the design offers the same possibility of an extension to the side
for future rooms or garage. The first floor bathroom can be
orientated to provide two en-suites.

“The Chestnut A”
A style of house equally at home in an urban or rural site this
family style provides the ideal design for modern interactive
spaces and master bedroom suite.

One of the main features of this home is a large gallery at the
staircase which can be utilized in future for a fourth bedroom
within the roof void over Bedroom 3. (see Chestnut B design)

Developed from the “Chestnut A “ this plan shows a fourth
bedroom over the ground floor bedroom with the flexibility of a
study area on the first floor landing.
Each bedroom is capable of taking either twin or double beds
making this house ideal for a large family

Both designs of the “Chestnut” are easily handed or mirrored to
suit solar gain

“The Aspen”
An excellent single storey design with possibility of a first floor
attic for future rooms meaning this family home is ideal for
future expansion without the need of an extension

The lounge kitchen area can be provided with a full height
ceiling and the house style offers numerous design possibilities
for the discerning builder. The utility and hall can be swapped
over to allow the front entrance to be orientated to suit site
conditions

Designed for the compact site features include a first floor
lounge and master bedroom suite.

The feature staircase affords a balcony over the family area
giving an open feeling despite the economical floor design.

The house can easily be enlarged to provide further floor
space and the large areas of glass maximize the ability to
utilize solar energy.

doubles with a master bedroom suite.
