Stakeholder needs to get job search feedback
and support because job hunting is a sensitive
subject.

Having a job search partner

5. Feedback
Thought it was an interesting concept.
Was unclear if the people were anonymous or
not.
Blind leading the blind? Might need an “expert”
somewhere in there to help with feedback.

6. Prototype Idea 2
Working with a friend by acting out an interview
with an interviewee that has extreme emotional
states.

8. Feedback
Said it might be fun.
Was unsure how helpful this would actually be.
Likes the idea of roleplaying.
Maybe test it out with more concrete characters.
Or let the interviewee decide on what character to play.

Test with somebody who is
currently employed.
Talk to a hiring manager.
Rinse and repeat!

Get a better understanding
of what the fake interviews
would accomplish
(research).
Actually try it out.
Iterate!
