Situation
► Pennsylvania’s Independent Regulatory Review Commission (IRRC) reviews all state
regulations to ensure statutory authority, considers regulatory impact and acts as a
clearinghouse for complaints, comments, changes and other input on all existing and
proposed legislation. The result is an enormous amount of content flowing from
multiple sources within the agency and from without.
Solution
► SRC deployed Content Circles allowing IRRC to share documents residing in the
Agency’s ECM repository. IRRC can create collaborative teams outside the Agency’s
firewall and allow for content sharing, editing and version tracking.
