Our Company

Allstate Group is a diversified company involved in several business sectors: engineering,
manufacturing, services, media and information technology. Having been founded in 1958, Allstate
Group has been around for over 50 years, and is always on the lookout for interesting new
opportunities no matter how diverse.

Overview

Allstate Group’s origins can be traced back to the creation of Gorakhram Haribux in 1958 the first
company to introduce Automobile Air-Conditioners in India.

Over the span of 50 years, we have diversified into Refrigeration Systems & Gases, Industrial
Transformers, Conversion of Jumbo Rolls of Photographic Color Paper and Graphic Art Film,
Document Imaging, Sports & Leisure equipment and leasing of Real Estate, Information
Technology and Media.

 Group’s annual turnover is over ` 500 million and we have a staff of over 200
employees. Our Head Office is located at Nariman Point, Mumbai.

 Our manufacturing plants are located at Silvassa and Pune. (both within three hours
from Mumbai)

 We have branches and representatives in most major Indian cities.

 Allstate Group has a long-standing history of co-operation and collaboration with
foreign companies.

 International trade has made us quality conscious, while our foundations have
always been co-operation, mutual prosperity and solidarity.
