I think crossing legs generally is preferred by females and males generally
doesn’t prefer that kind of sitting in America. Also, sitting in that way is accepted
as signature of flirt.

In turkey, someone probably makes a gun sign with only one hand.
According to my observation, an American girl made this sign with two
hands. I am not sure, maybe she knows how to hold a real gun.
In Turkey, it is hard to buy a gun compared to U.S.. Maybe that’s the reason.

Even if it is painful, It is common in Generally, it is like that in U.S. (I am not
Turkey than U.S. (especially high schools, sure)
maybe it is about masculinity.)
18. No one make “I love you” sign during my observation. I want to indicate
that, if you do that symbol, probably you will be misunderstood by others.
We don’t have a gesture for “I love you”.
In Turkey, if you fit your thumb with middle fingers, it will look like a wolf and
it has a political meaning.
19. Generally young Americans’ posture is more relax and self confident
compared to ones from Turkey. Probably it is due to the growing styles.
