In the role of Director / Associate Dean of Learning and Teaching in the Arts College, I am a strategist and leader in academic development and governance in curriculum and teaching innovation, with a specific focus on change and implementation. I have oversight of quality, teaching and delivery modes, bench-marking, and HASS leadership for VU at a national level. I have overseen change in the areas of WiL, blended learning, retention, development of core FY units, staff recruitment and assessment policy.
