Null-Lairson, P.C. is located in Houston, Texas with offices in Houston, Texas City, Galveston & Sugar
Land. The company was founded in October of 1975 with just three people. We have grown steadily
over the years, and today we are one of the largest locally-owned public accounting firms in the
Houston area.

their fiduciary risks. With over 30 years of experience with 401k, profit sharing, ESOP and defined
