2. Business Idea
 Our idea is to deliver employment to small cycle rickshaw
vendors .
 A service rickshaw which deliver small services in big
cities ,where people rarely found any shops and help
centers for their basic requirements. Organize rickshaw
drivers under a single banner, re-engineer their vehicles
and roll out a pre-paid city transport service. The new
rickshaws can be loaded with cell-phone chargers, mobile
re-charge coupons, first-aid kits, mineral water and
newspapers among other goodies and small services like
contact numbers of carpenter, automobile mechanic etc.
This concept will not only generate steady income but also
help people to contact on such dynamic outlet for small
services.
 Our plan is to expand this business in metros and big cities
with at least 10 rickshaw in every city initially and then to
expand for all small colonies of that cities.

3. Planning to execute your business idea
 A rickshaw is currently moving in Bhopal which is not only
providing all these services but also doing branding of our
event management company DAMS management. This
Rickshaw moves in commercial area of Bhopal and serving
the same concept.

4. Our Team
 I am Arpit Choudhary done bachelors of engineering in
electronics & instrumentation from RGTU. At present i am
doing apprenticeship from BHEL Bhopal in CNC machine
maintenance. And i am pursuing master degree in VLSI
Design. I have also worked with DAMS Management
Services as a event co planer for last 2 years and my
Associate partner Sandeep Choudhary [Marketing manager
at DAMS]

5. My team best fit for executing this
business idea
 Our team is running DAMS from last two years so we have
good experience of local market, customers and a normal
person's needs and requirements. We know how to deliver
the best services in less budget.

6. Barriers in execution of idea
 Initially to get ready all cycle rickshaw drivers to work on
less salaries.
 To train them to work in similar fashion.
 To provide initial stock to every cycle rickshaw driver.

7. Team has advantage over competitors
 Our team members are hard core professionals they are
running event management company and have good
experience with market, we also know our competitor but
due to our expertise ,we have monopoly in the market.

8. How service change the current market
scenario
 As corporate are responsible for the corporate social
responsibility so we tried to serve the society by giving
employment to small vendors . Thus, it will give direction to
Entrepreneurs and innovators to think different.
