5. WRITING BRANCH CODE
 Write branch code as 05 for Civil Engg., 11 for Mechanical Engg. Etc.

6. WRITE ROLL NUMBER OF PREVIOUS
EXAM
 Write roll number of previous exam (if you appeared).
 If you can’t remember, skip this field.

7. CENTRE CODE
 Write three digit Centre Code
 Example: 247 for Roorkee centre. 110 for Delhi centre. Etc.

8. SUBJECT CODES
 Write subject codes.
 Example: For Material Science in Section A, subject code is AD
302.

9. SECTION B DETAILS
 Write roll number of exam in which you passed Section A.
 Exemption Details (If you got exempted in any subject(s) due to
