JUNG’S FOUR FUNCTIONS As a manager it is useful to know whether you are in introvert or extrovert and which of the four function is your stronger and which the weakest, also if you can spot the strong and weak functions of your subordinates, it will help you decide who will be most useful for different task and enable you to build effective teams.
