mushrooms & rich marsala sauce, served with rice pilaf and Chef’s vegetables)
(2) Grilled Mahi Mahi (Grilled fresh mahi-mahi served with a pomodora sauce,
served with rice pilaf &Chef’s vegetables)
(3) Chairman’s Reserve Prime Rib (Dry aged, then slow roasted in house &
served Medium rare. 12oz. Prime rib is served with mashed potatoes, buttery
corn with bell peppers julienne, asparagus, au jus, & horseradish)
