A web portal consists of applications that deliver
information (content) and/or services from multiple
sources, via a device channel at a device specific
location, in a context relevant to the needs of an
individual in a specific role.

For the first version of the portal, users will have access to use
Amharic language as an option.
It is in plan to include other languages (main focus is on local
languages) on latter versions.
