This document outlines the roles in Scrum project management including the Product Owner, Development Team, and Scrum Master. The Product Owner represents stakeholders and is responsible for the product vision, functionality, and ROI. The self-organized Development Team develops the product as specified by the Product Owner. The Scrum Master ensures the Scrum process and model works properly, coaches the team, and helps the Product Owner and team collaborate effectively. Additional roles like stakeholders provide feedback but should communicate through the Product Owner. The responsibilities of each role are described in detail across the 14 slides.
