Melbourne has "Smart City" office which
incorporates research, innovation, and
geographic information systems through
the Internet of Things (IoT).
New York develops City 24/7 as
platform for anyone to share
information and knowledge. It has also
the largest US’ city-wide WiFi network.
London has ‘Smart London’ board to put
technology as one of growth engines for
London. The group of academics, businesses
and entrepreneurs will look at how
technology and data can make better

harmonization within a city or regency should be

recreational facilities for the citizens.
Other than those stated attributes, a city should be able
to mobilize citizens accordingly, either public
transportation or individual transportation, as well as
the capacity to manage logistic flows for the citizens.
Moreover, the ability to provide a good quality of
healthcare services plays critical roles in providing Smart
Living in particular city or regency
