Tag questions are question phrases added to the end of statements. They are used to clarify information by seeking agreement or confirmation from the listener. There are two main purposes - to clarify information where the speaker expects an answer, or to agree with someone where the speaker does not expect an answer. The tag question will be the opposite polarity (positive or negative) of the statement. There are also some rules for tag questions involving pronouns like "I" and imperatives. Moving is a difficult process that requires disconnecting utilities, packing, hiring movers, and more, which is why the speaker notes that moving is hard at the end.
