3. Golf Tips For Beginners
• Sunscreen and Bug Spray
• Permanent Marker
• Band-Aids
• Light Rain Jacket
4. Sunscreen and Bug Spray
Seeing that you are going to be out on the golf
course for a couple of hours, you might want
to get a bottle of sunscreen lotion to protect
yourself from the harsh rays of the sun, unless
of course you don’t mind getting a nasty burn
on your neck. Take a small bottle of bug spray
as well, this will help you keep those pesky
bugs from distracting you while you line up
your shot to win the game.
5. Permanent Marker
Carry a permanent marker with you to make
distinctive marks on the golf ball. You could
also use the permanent marker to keep
score and draw alignment lines on the golf
ball for putting.
6. Band-Aids
Take a couple of Band-Aids along with you
when you go for a game of golf. These will
come in handy for cuts, blisters, and scrapes.
7. Light Rain Jacket
You might want to carry a light rain jacket just
in case it starts raining. You wouldn’t want to
stop playing and lose your chance of winning
the game. A light rain jacket or poncho is not
heavy and can be packed in your golf bag.
8. Smartphone with GPS App
You might want to take your smartphone and
use a golf course GPS app. Several apps are
available that give you a complete view of the
course right on your phone.
-Before I instruct you on how to properly swing a golf club, I believe it is necessary to understand the importance of golf in a person’s life.
Golf is enjoyed by many corporate executives so understanding at least the basics of the game can be a bonus in the workplace
Also, many corporations have company golf outings at least once a year. Some men and many women find themselves on the outside looking in during these periods. Most of the time during a round of golf is spent moving from shot to shot. This is a great time to discuss work or other life aspects with coworkers or even bosses. Being able to take part in these outings and holding your own on the golf course can help a person move up in the business world.
