I envision a world in which all members of society have the skills and the resources to use the Internet for the betterment of themselves and their communities. I have been working on digital inclusion issues since 1996. Beginning with a University of Toledo sociology graduate school assistantship coordinating a regional community technology network, I then moved onto serving as the Executive Director of the Ohio Community Computing Network distributing funds to and supporting community technology centers.
