  the record adequately than the patient.

Go through the patient records at home the night

move it, be authentic and upfront with the patient.

Clarify to the patient why the room was set up
seriously, and why you have to have your back
turned to him or her, and what you are doing.
5. Give a complete walkthrough.

  Regardless of the computer's positioning,
   always make it clear why you are using the
   EHR.

  It's very essential to extant why you are using
   the EMR open in an operative way.

  Also, condense what you are typing as a way of
  asking for verification and providing comfort to
  the patient.
6.Assure your patient.

 Finally, make it clear to the patient that you are
  using the EHR because you feel it is his best
  interest.
