Week, has said in his book “Management
Challenges for the 21st Century,” that one cannot
manage change, one can only be ahead of it.
• In periods of upheavals, such as the one we are
living in, change is the norm. He goes on to say
that in times of rapid structural change, the only
ones who survive are the Change Leaders.
