Transparency and honesty Transparentnost podataka o vlasniku i provajderu, o osobi/organizaciji koja je odgovorna za sam sajt, njegovo postavljanje i održavanje (Article 5 and 6 Directive 2000/31/EC on Electronic Commerce)  Jasno deklarisanje svrhe i ciljeva sajta Jasno definisana ciljna grupacija Transparentno navođenje SVIH izvora finansiranja sajta
Authority Ako samo medicinski radnici kreiraju sadržaj, to jasno navesti i držati se toga Ako sadržaj kreira grupa autora različitih profesija, navesti jasno autora/izvor  Jasno navesti izvor citirane informacije/dokaza  Kod preporučivanja medicinskih proizvoda, pridržavati se EU legislation on Medicinal Product advertising, a svi prateći dokumenti treba da su dostupni korisniku Obavezno navesti da online savet nije zamena za pregled/lečenje
