2. Executive Summary

Devanahalli is going to transform into major hub in coming years with development of
multiple Industrial and IT parks generating more than 300,000 jobs
•
We are seeing actual progress in construction. Developments are expected to be
complete in 2017
•
Such scale of job creation is going to generate huge demand for real estate making it
attractive investment opportunity
•
Currently supply is dominated by plots which are available at affordable price of Rs 900 –
1,100 per sq ft. Very few Tier A townships also exist but are mostly sold out with limited
options
