Imagine yourself as a VP that just ran for LCP. And you didn’t get it.
Feels like shit, hey? Chances are, it’s gonna take a while to sink in.
And whatever else that’s going on around you right now doesn’t
mean a thing. At this point, you might not even care about what
you need to do for the rest of the year anymore.
The kind of thinking above is associated with
those that have a lack of responsibility. As
much as we believe our EB should be
resilient, they would still feel down and it
does take a while for some of them to bounce
back up right away. And if not handled well,
the demotivation will carry on for the
remainder of the year and eat their
responsibility alive.

When someone is feeling like they’re not recognised, the most important thing tis to take immediate
steps, make sure not to leave it too long as they will really start to feel as though they’re being ignored
and unwanted
They will continue to not do as much work
Especially if they are someone that is motivated by rewards and recognition, this could be something
