15. How effective is the combination of your main product and ancillary texts? Newspaper Uses codes and conventions used in regular newspapers. Used bright colours and bold fonts so it would appeal to a younger audience. Poster Has a youth theme, bright and bold Background is a brick wall so it appeals to a younger target audience. The newspaper name looks like graffiti on the wall so it appeals to a younger audience Website Tried to keep a consistent theme throughout. Using the blue “Flava” logo through out the website on the different pages. Used stories from the newspaper to keep the newspaper and website connected.

17. What have you learned from your audience feedback? During the production of our newspaper, website and poster I made sure I got audience feedback on each and every time I produced something whether it be for the newspaper or the poster I made sure I asked my peers what they thought of it.
