1. ENGLISH: Procedure Text

2. Lava Pantsu (Appetizer)
Ingredients:
 Bread
 Minced beef
 Onion
 Red onion
 Garlic
 Salt and Pepper
 Margarine
 Chili sauce
 Mayonnaise (optional)
Steps:

3. 1. Prepare all of the ingredients and utensils.
2. Then, put minced beef into bowl, add minced onion, mix it.
3. Slice red onion and garlic, put it into beef mixture. Mix it thoroughly.
4. Add salt and pepper.
5. Prepare frying pan with medium heat fire on stove. Melt two and half spoonful of
margarine.
6. Saute the mixture for about 5-8 minutes until it is cooked well. Drain it.
7. Next, prepare the bread and smear it with margarine on both sides. Do the same
with the others.
8. Fill the bread with beef mixture, spread it and close with another bread. Continue
doing it with the remaining breads.
9. And then, put the bread into the toaster, close and let it cooked for about 5-10
minutes.
10. When it is cooked, open the lid and take the toast carefully. Serve it with chili sauce
and mayonnaise.

4. Laboom Kaboom (Main Course)
Ingredients:
 White rice
 Soy sauce
 Small pieces of onion
 Cheese
 Sausage
 Sambal balado
 Nugget
 Cooking oil
 Margarin
 Mix Vegetables
 Instant fried rice seasoning

5.  Salt
 Water
Steps:
1. Prepare the ingredients.
2. Pour three tablespoons of coocking oil into the frying pan.
3. Wait until it is cooked enough then add the small pieces of onion.
4. Add the rice to the pan and stir it well.
5. Add little by little instant fried rice seasoning, soy sauce, and salt until it taste good.
6. Don’t forget to add margarine.
7. Stir it for a few minutes, then the fried rice is ready to be served on the plate.
8. Fry the sausages and nuggets in the pan with cooking oil for about 5 minutes. Drain it
well.
9. Add water to another pan. Wait until the water boil.
10. Add mixed vegetables into the boiled water for about 5 minutes.
11. Prepare the plate. Put the fried rice and add the nuggets, sambal balado, and mixed
vegetables. Laboom Kaboom is ready!

6. Altoskin (Dessert)
Ingredients:
 Oreo
 Flour (150 gram)
 One teaspoon of baking powder
 Egg (1)
 A half cup of plain milk
 Two spoonful of melted margarine
 Frying oil
 Cheese
 Condensed milk
How to make Altoskin:

7. 1. Prepare the ingredients.
2. Mix flour and baking powder, stir it well.
3. Then, crack an egg into the flour.
4. After that, pour plain milk itu the batter, also add melted margarine, stir the batter
until it is mixed well.
5. Put the batter in the refrigerator and leave it for about 1 hour.
6. Take the batter and put oreo biscuit into it.
7. While waiting for the oreo to be coated by the batter, prepare frying pan and pour
frying oil into it.
8. Turn on the stove with low heat fire. When the frying oil is cooked enough, put the
biscuit into the pan carefully.
9. Pour a little amount of batter to the top of the oreo. Cook it until the color is golden
brown.
10. Take and drain oil from the fried oreo. Garnish with grated cheese and condensed
milk on the top. Serve when it is still warm.
