Period of THE ENLIGHTENMENT of the 18th Century.
It was a period of high development and encouraged by study
in the sciences, the humanities, and a renewed appreciation of
the
Classical periods of Greece and Rome
It was also a rejection of the religious fervor of the Reformation
as well as a rejection of the Rocco.
It was a largely influenced by the rising Democracies in the
United States, France, and Britain
