The typical hiring process followed by most companies is broken. Here we look at it from lean perspective and enumerate the different wastes that can be found at each stage. Then alternatives are proposed to the typical hiring process. The presentation was given at the 2012 Agile Spain Conference (CAS 2012) as a short talk.
