Every day there is someone out in the world who hasn’t had a meal in days, someone who doesn’t have any food. And
every day there are people who have a meal and more with out a thought in all the people around the world are not as
fortunate. Now with the way the economy has been headed, more and more people are headed towards empty bowls.
Hunger is spread worldwide and I want to bring attention to it because it is often over looked. People who are well off
often don’t realize how good they have it and how many people are dying to have that last slice of bread thrown into
the trash after dinner. It is a growing problem that deserves proper attention. For this project I have planned to
accomplish a lot of things in many ways and to learn more than I already know.

$6 BREAD & SOUP IN A HANDMADE BOWL
AT UPPER MERION HIGH SCHOOL
People in the world do not have enough food, so come purchase a bowl of
chicken noodle soup to support our cause! Keep the empty bowl to remind you
of the hunger in the world. In return, money will be donated to the Upper
Merion Emergency Aid Fund.
