5. Round 2: Advanced MLA citation! As before, you will work in your peer review groups to create short PowerPoint-style presentations that demonstrate how to format several types of commonly-used sources. You’ll present your work at the end of the round. Your presentations will be judged on: Correctness Clarity Style As before, there are prizes! Seacrest you disgust me. OMG Simon this is too hard.
6. Round 2: Advanced MLA citation! You’ll work inside MSU Google Docs (in the “MLA Idol” folder) for easier sharing and presenting. Use your McGraw-Hill Handbook to help you. You should also consider using the Purdue OWL, a great online resource. http://owl.english.purdue.edu/ Each team will have a different, specific source to document. I will give you the sources.

To Qualify, Your Presentation MUST: Identify your source, and what KIND of source it is; Contain a Works Cited page entry for that source, and explain the entry; and Contain a sample sentence that includes source material and an in-text citation from that source. General Guidelines: MAXIMUM of 3 slides. Clearly explain how to create your citations. Your classmates are counting on you. Put your names on the presentations. Save your presentations as “Team#Presentation”
