El domingo pasado compramos pizza en la pizzería mas prestigiosa de la zona,
Pero por la noche le pedimos por teléfono para entrega a domicilio, un espagueti.
Se dio el siguiente diálogo:
El dueño : “¿es todo?”, lo dijo en tono molesto e intimidatorio.
Yo: “Sí, es todo lo que necesitamos”.
El dueño: “Pues deja ver si se puede, no creo que mis muchachos
quieran ir a dejar solo ésto”.
Finalmente el pedido llegó 2 horas después y con $10.oo extra de cargo
Desde luego, jamás vuelvo a comprarle y si alguien pide mi punto de vista
Sobre ese lugar, platicaré mi experiencia negativa.
Si las estadísticas son ciertas, en 1 año mi queja de boca a boca le afectará
en 11 potenciales clientes, pero en 5 años, ¡¡¡ habrá
161,051 comensales advertidos que ahí hay un
mal servicio !!!
