            Medical Service/camp: Entire area is under severe flood and no health camp and medical service is
            available to the flood victims.
            Type of Diseases (symptoms) existing in the area: Diarrhoea, Cholera, Malaria, Cough, Cold, Skin
            diseases etc.
            Availability of first aid/Medicine/Services: Not available,
5. EDUCATION
         Extent of loss of Education materials (books, uniforms etc.):
  No. of School affected :36
  No. of children deprived from schooling :3688




  7. WATER & SANITATION
         Source of water (current condition): Entire area is covered with flood water and now source of good
  quality water is not available.
         Access to water:      Nil
         Quality of water: Bad(Not available),silty flood water
         Availability of toilets (status): Not functioning and available

  7. FOOD & CLOTHING
         Availability of dry ration (7-10 days) : Essentially required for 2000 person for coming 2 weeks
         Availability of fuel (firewood/kerosene/ etc.): People are deprived of kitchen facilities and food ,no
  source of fuel and no scope to lid to kitchen.
         Need for community kitchen: No
         Availability of clothing: 2000 flood affected people required at least a pair of cloth each.

  6. SOCIAL INSECURITY
        Access to relief material: Nil
        Religion/Caste/class based biases: Nil
        Initiatives from community leaders to address conflict: Local leaders and our volunteers are very
  cooperative and ready to join relief operation instantly.

  8. RESPONSE
       From local govt. departments/Panchayat: Giving dry food
       From local CBOs-SHGs/Youth groups etc: Ready to extend physical help
       From NGOs working in the affected area: Interested to work in collaboration.

WATER & SANITATION Source of water (current condition): Entire area is covered with flood water and now source of good quality water is not available. Access to water: Nil Quality of water: Bad(Not available),silty flood water Availability of toilets (status): Not functioning and available 7. FOOD & CLOTHING Availability of dry ration (7-10 days) : Essentially required for 2000 person for coming 2 weeks Availability of fuel (firewood/kerosene/ etc.): People are deprived of kitchen facilities and food ,no source of fuel and no scope to lid to kitchen. Need for community kitchen: No Availability of clothing: 2000 flood affected people required at least a pair of cloth each. 6. SOCIAL INSECURITY Access to relief material: Nil Religion/Caste/class based biases: Nil Initiatives from community leaders to address conflict: Local leaders and our volunteers are very cooperative and ready to join relief operation instantly. 8.
