this is so then the actor can get promoted and achieve a positive association
with a particular format/genre/production. In addition, credits can help to
attract the artist’s fanbase which are either target or secondary audience.
Credits also display the logo of institutions involved in production, finance and

the company, it establishes expectations from the audience like if we see or
hear the title ‘Warner Bros’ - which is a big budget production. We will expect
the film to be good and to have well-known stars, special FX etc.

keep the film mysterious and to get attention from the audience.

audience can understand the mood of the film.
7. What is our group’s favourite film
opening ?
Our group would prefer Credit over blank screen because
this sort of film opening will make the film to appear
mysterious, it will also support our genre.
We won’t mind using a Stylized Title Sequence though as it
will be a great way in introducing the main characters like
Raphael and Sam. It will also establish the kind of mood we
are set in.
