In response to the contoured site, a simple road pattern running parallel to the contours, has been adopted. The almost radial planning gives the
housing a tiered effect from the approach road. The buildings follow the road pattern in form in a meandering fashion to change the quality of open
spaces.

The site is located at KONDWA, an upcoming residential area in the city. The site area is 7.8 hectares with an approach being from a 12m wide road. The site has
a contoured slope of 25m with a steep gradient from east to west. Land abutting the southern side is under forest reservation. Other than that, vegetation on site
is scarce.
