 AP only Country implementation involves upgrade from8.9(Princeton) to
9.1 for AP features alone w.r.to. Myshop.
 USA, UK and APACrollout is a full pledged implementation from
8.9(Princeton) to 9.1 for Procureto pay features w.r.to. Myshop.
 Bundle Upgrade involves total 32 bundle application on Myshop
environmentwith little customizations to retain Myshop features.
 PlatformUpgrade Involves Myshop platformupgradefrom Solaris to Linux
and the full pledged testing on application and interfaces to avoid any
impact with the change.
 BOW (Book of Work Items) involves new requirements on already deployed
environmentof Myshop, design, development, testing and deployment of
the changeto Myshop.
 Overall, the Projectinvolves processing Requisitions, PurchaseOrders,

 Preparing configuration workbooks for thenew implementation, Functional
design document, Test Case Design and Implementation, execution of the
test cases, Test Result Analysis and Defect Management, Design User
Manuals, Coordinate/Communicate with Customers, Off-shore/On-site
team, and Providetimely status update to all stakeholders.
 Discussions with customers to achieve complete understanding of their
requirement. Test scenarios discussion with ProjectLeads and Managers.
Knowledgesharing sessions with Offshore/Onsiteteam.
 Timely status update on FDD design, reviews, testscenarios, test case
designing, test case execution, defect management and user manual
designing is provided to Offshore/OnsiteManagers. Regular testing status
meetings are held with the team
 Test results are analyzed for assuring quality of the software. Defects are
logged in QC when the test resultis not as expected. Defect tracking and
retesting also performed using QC.
